The Artist

There's rarely a straight line to being an artist, and I still hesitate to call myself one, except I do make art. Photography was something I started exploring at 15 after taking my Grandad's camera to New York City looking for a spark. It became a sort of private journal, chronicling the highs and lows through frozen moments of beauty and grief. No matter what was in front of the lens, how I captured it was deeply connected to where I was in my life. Every photograph became a reflection of more than what I could see at the time. After over 20 years, I realize the best way to honour those moments is to share them in the hope new people can find their own meaning. As I release new collections, I hope each offers a portal to that time, that place, that feeling I had in every moment I knew I had to keep forever. Now you can keep them forever too. Thanks for visiting.
