Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed and ship within 3-5 business days. Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. During high seasons like late December, some delays may be experienced and will be communicated upon ordering.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon ordering, you will subsequently receive a confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Art by Meddik is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Art by Meddik is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship to Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
